Is your golf course insurance any good?

Most operators have no idea. Nobody publishes what golf insurance should cost, most policies were written by a generalist who insures three golf courses, and the renewal shows up once a year with a number on it.

Send us your declarations pages. We'll tell you three things, in writing, at no cost.

Are you paying too much?

We benchmark your premium against published industry ranges and against how the market actually moved this year — and tell you where you sit.

Do you have the right coverage?

The twelve lines a full golf program carries, checked against what's actually on your policy.

What are you missing?

Twenty-eight coverage points we check on every facility, scored the same way every time.

What you get back

A one-page written review inside ten business days, with one honest conclusion: worth taking to market, fix it where you are, or you're in good shape.

And if you're in good shape, we say so in writing— a memo you can hand your board or your owner. That's a real outcome, not a consolation prize.

The twelve lines we check

  • Commercial property
  • Tee-to-green / outdoor property
  • General liability
  • Pollution and pesticide
  • Commercial auto
  • Workers compensation
  • Inland marine and equipment
  • Liquor liability
  • Business income
  • Umbrella and excess
  • EPLI and D&O
  • Cyber

What we need

  • Your current declarations pages, all lines
  • Last year's dec pages or premium summary (this is how we answer the price question)
  • Statement of values
  • Annual rounds and total revenue

No loss runs. No application. Nothing to sign.

What this isn't

It isn't a quote, and it isn't a sales call in disguise. If the answer is that your program is fine, that's the answer you get — and the most urgent fix we find is yours free whether you ever speak to us again or not.

We write golf and nothing else. No auto, no homeowners, no general commercial. If you need car insurance we'll tell you we're the wrong agency.

Frequently asked

Is the golf course insurance review really free?+

Yes. No cost, no application, nothing to sign. If the review finds your program is sound, you get that conclusion in writing — a memo you can hand your board or your owner. The most urgent fix we identify is yours to act on whether or not you ever speak with us again.

What do you need to review my golf course insurance?+

Your current declarations pages for all lines, last year's declarations pages or premium summary, your statement of values, and your annual rounds played and total revenue. The prior year's pages are what let us answer whether your premium moved in step with the market. No loss runs are required for the review itself.

How long does the review take?+

Ten business days from the point we have your declarations pages. A golf program spans six or more lines of coverage, so it takes longer than a personal policy review.

What if I'm happy with my current agent?+

That's a normal and common outcome. If the gaps we find can be solved with endorsements rather than a move, we write out the exact language for you to hand your current agent, at no cost and with no follow-up from us.

Do you sell or share the information from the review?+

No. Your declarations pages and the findings are used only to produce your review. They are not sold, shared, or used to market to you by any third party.

Is the review a quote?+

No. The review is directional and identifies where a program is strong or exposed. Actual terms would require loss runs, an updated statement of values, and a formal submission to markets.

This review is directional and is not a binding quote or a legal opinion. Coverage is determined by the actual policy forms. TN License #3003585547. Questions? Contact us.
